decent stay with minor issues
cute staff clean room tube station worn carpet basic room scuff mark
the staff were cute. it was thankful that the hotel is at a walking distance from a tube station. the room was spacious and clean it was good.
the double room was scruffy it felt unloved. marks on the walls were a lot and the carpet needed an update. the room seemed basic, this was a small damper.

visible stains limited storage
the room was acceptably sized.
I found the level of cleanliness unacceptable. Stains were visible on the linen. the absence of a proper wardrobe was a significant inconvenience. There was only a single shelf and three hangers available. this limited storage made it difficult to maintain order.

Excellent Hotel Near Tower Bridge
bus stop quiet place helpful staff clean room
The bus stop is only 50 meters from the entrance. It takes 15 minutes to the underground station and to London Bridge. The hotel is located in a very quiet place. The staff were nice and helpful! The breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious. The assortment of biscuits were delicious!
The room was a bit small. There was no safe.

really great stay!
nice variety clean room bottled water easy process
The breakfast had a nice variety, with tasty choices for everyone. the room was clean and spacious. i found bottled water available in the room, a nice touch. the check-in and check-out process was easy. I encountered no issues.
the ventilation in the room was somewhat poor. it made the room a bit stuffy at times.

my room had delicious biscuits and a good variety of hot beverages. it felt okay all time walking in the area late in the evening (i appreciated this). the bed was comfortable.

The bus stop is very close to the entrance, only about 50 meters. it's approximately 15 minutes to an underground station and to london bridge. the breakfast service was good. The staff kept everything well-stocked.

varied selection great manager
The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The breakfast included a varied selection of drinks and food. Cleaning staff were efficient and thorough with their attention to detail. The manager assisted me greatly with a request I made.
The room lacked a wardrobe, so there was minimal space for clothing storage.

good location superior double room
the location was very good near bus routes. check in was quick. i had a superior double room and it was very clean. the heating worked well.
the office chair was broken, and i cut myself 2 times on the exposed bolts . i asked many times for it to be fixed but it wasn't.

convenient location rainfall shower limited channels coffee pods
the location proved very convenient for nearby attractions. the rainfall shower in the bathroom was also particularly enjoyable after a long day.
the selection of tv channels was limited. coffee pods were not replaced during my second day, requiring a call to reception.
